Strategies to Empower People is hiring a Weekend Supervisor for Behavioral Supported Living Services in the Sacramento area. This role oversees direct support staff and works with adults with I/DD in client homes.

The Weekend Supervisor will be stationed in the homes of clients during both daytime and overnight portions, providing supervision, training, and QA visits, and communicating with medical professionals during emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
• At least one year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and feedback to direct support staff.
• Travel to client homes and deliver hands-on support in the field.
• Represent the agency in medical settings and document interactions accurately.
