Strategies to Empower People Inc. is hiring Direct Support Staff to provide in-home and community support for adults with physical and developmental disabilities in the Yuba & Sutter County area, including Marysville.

The entry-level role offers a path to a lasting career and features a starting hourly rate of $16.90–$17.75 with benefits after a short waiting period. This full-time opportunity requires 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED; eligibility for driving may be required.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion.
• May be required to provide CA Driver License, current auto insurance, and maintain a clear Motor Vehicle Record for positions that require driving.
• May be required to register with In-Home Support Services

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on support for clients in-home and in community settings.
• Assist with hygiene tasks such as showering, toileting, bathing, etc.
• Assist with food preparation and meal planning.
• Help clients build independence and navigate community activities.
• Assist with money management and personal growth/health management.
• Other duties as needed for client support.
