Job summary

Jubilee Association of Maryland, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities on weekends (Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) in Silver Spring, MD.

This part-time role offers $21.50 per hour and involves helping individuals live independently within their communities. Responsibilities include daily living support, community participation, transportation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professionals assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills for email and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support in homes and communities according to person-centered plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
• Support with transportation, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Maintain documentation of services, medication administration, and progress toward goals.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, colleagues, and family members.
