Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is hiring a full-time Behavioral Case Supervisor for Behavioral Supported Living Services in Sacramento. The role spends 75% of time in the field with clients and 25% on administrative tasks, overseeing direct support staff and developing plans.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience with I/DD and at least one year of supervisory/budgeting experience, plus experience handling challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in Human Services.
• Minimum two years working with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
• At least one year of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• supervise direct support staff and develop plans and goals for clients.
• Perform administrative duties: documentation, reports, and compliance.
• Be the primary field contact and resource for clients and staff.
