Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in the United States is seeking a Shift Lead who will perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when not filling in or supporting the Practice Manager or Chief of Staff to guide the team toward productive, high-quality care.

You will help schedule associates, ensure exceptional client service and education on Optimum Wellness Plans, and supervise daily operations to maximize productivity while maintaining Banfield standards and a positive,

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Willing to work weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist and support hospital leadership to develop an efficient, productive team that provides high-quality care and service.
Oversee day-to-day supervision of the team and ensure quality medical care, exceptional client service, and maximum productivity.
Provide client education about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services; resolve client issues.
Assist in scheduling associates to meet client needs and proactively plan time off and CE scheduling.
