Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure high-quality client and pet experiences, and support the Practice Manager in daily operations.

The Shift Lead will also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed and help ensure compliance with policies and procedures, while maintaining Banfield's service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at a computer for long periods.
• Must be comfortable around animals and able to handle a variety of pets.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the hospital team to maximize productivity and patient care.
• Assist the Practice Manager and COS in daily operations and communications with clients.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
