Stephen Center is seeking a part-time Shelter Guest Services staff member for weekends in Omaha to assist residents, answer questions, and maintain logs while following safety guidelines. You will coordinate with case managers, support client needs and ensure a welcoming, secure shelter environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, professionalism, trauma-informed approach and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Trauma-informed approach and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work weekends and be available for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Advocate for clients and assist with medical, transportation and referrals.
• Log medications, maintain records and incident reports.
• Answer calls, distribute messages and keep client records up to date.
• Coordinate with case managers and participate in program operations.
