Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• In-person customer service experience.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, or addiction preferred.
• Six months of work experience in a human service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and signs guests in and out, and assists with forms and fee collection.
• Provides information about UGMTC programs and policies.
• Maintains accurate records and handles room assignments and vacancies.
• Monitors safety and security within residential areas and responds to emergencies.
• Assists case managers with events and activities and supports residents.
• Protects residents' confidentiality and upholds program policies.
