Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• 3–12 months receptionist experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office equipment (copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meters, fax, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and public relations for quality care and services.
• Answer and transfer all incoming telephone calls courteously and professionally.
• Serve as an information resource for customers.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
