Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a receptionist for per diem shifts. You will handle courteous front-desk tasks, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage mail and visitors in a busy care facility.

The role requires availability evenings and weekends. The pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.99 per hour and includes benefits such as medical insurance, PTO, and retirement options depending on hours and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Evenings and weekends availability required.

Responsibilities

• Type, file and distribute correspondence as directed.
• Answer telephone, make appointments, run errands, take and deliver messages, etc.
• Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail to residents, departments, and personnel.
• Maintain postage meter in facility.
• Type letters, reports, statements, minutes of meetings, agendas, etc.
• Maintain files and other records as directed.
• Receive and screen office visitors and telephone calls as necessary.
• Perform admitting, reception, telephone and switchboard duties as necessary.
• Perform unscheduled administrative tasks as directed.
• Serve as secretary to various committees of the facility as necessary.
