The schedule is weekend-focused with two possible shifts: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. hours vary with staffing needs; pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk.
• Answer incoming calls and route messages accordingly.
• Assist residents with general office needs (postage, copies, faxes, notary).
• Maintain and inventory office supplies; update emergency contact information.
