Key responsibilities include following up on referrals, leveraging the CRM to reach daily goals, coordinating move-in activities, and planning campus events. This position is on-site in Sylvania, OH, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Answering phones, assisting with tours, managing data and leads, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advances inquiry sales through follow-up and closing.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries timely with appropriate follow-up; manages CRM.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and moves‑in activities (gift, communication, paperwork).
• Plans, coordinates, and executes campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures campus is tour-ready with marketing collateral, tour stations, and conducts tours.
