Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages with focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and inquiry sales, following up to close in partnership with CSR and Executive Director using the CRM system.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly; coordinates with leadership/back-up to manage inquiries/referrals, including CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customers and communicates move-in activities to campus team (gifts, communications, paperwork).
• Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing campus events (e.g., Senior Executive Club and community events).
• Ensures campus is tour-ready with marketing collateral, tour path, model room, impressions and stations; conducts tours as part of the team.
• Answers multi-line phone system promptly, directing callers to the right person or department.
