Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to support residents under the Health & Wellness Director. This hourly role covers weekends and/or every other weekend, providing essential daily living assistance as outlined in the resident care plan.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, mobility support, and documentation of services. Prior CHHA certification and experience with elderly residents, including dementia, are preferred, with a focus on

• Certified Home Health Aide as required qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition immediately to supervisor.
