Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living are seeking a Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) for weekend shifts. This part-time, hourly role supports residents with daily living activities per care plan, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and social activities.

The Caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director. Requires CNA or CHHA certification and experience with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) credentials.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per care plan, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe and fed during shifts.
• Document services and report changes to supervisor.

Skills

CNA/CHHA certification
