Brandywine by Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver to support residents under the Director of Wellness. The role offers $21.00 hourly with part-time hours and on-site work at a senior living community.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, food service, and accompanying them to meals and activities, while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Qualifications include CNA or CHHA certification and experience with the elderly population; dementia

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification required.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
• Maintain safety, dignity, confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, well-dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
