Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living are seeking a Caregiver (CNA/CHHA) for 11pm-7am shifts, with every other weekend. The role offers part-time and full-time possibilities, with competitive hourly pay of $21.00–$23.00.

As a caregiver, you will support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities per care plans, while documenting services and reporting changes to the Health & Wellness Director. Must have CNA/CHHA certification and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Experience with elderly care preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plans.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and document services performed.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor and care team.
