Job summary

Maximal Security Services LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a dependable Weekend Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. This regular part-time weekend position offers a guaranteed 16 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Additional weekday hours may be available to cover call-offs, vacations, and staffing needs. You will use a smartphone-based app to patrol and report.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina PPSB Unarmed Security Officer Registration.
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Own a smartphone capable of running the patrol/reporting app.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence throughout the assigned property.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
• Complete patrol tours by scanning QR-code checkpoints using the mobile app.
• Complete all required digital reporting, including patrol scans, DARs, and incident documentation using the mobile app.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
• Identify trespassers and instruct them to leave the property.
• Contact the Raleigh Police Department if trespassers refuse to leave or assistance is required.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Notify management of significant incidents and security concerns.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
