Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift on weekends. The part-time role covers 16 hours total, Saturday and Sunday 14:45-22:45, with responsibilities including supervising security officers, training staff, and ensuring post orders are followed at client sites.

You will coordinate with account managers, report incidents promptly, and maintain high customer service standards while managing rounds and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years related security experience.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and staff at client site; ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with team.
• Assist payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare and file reports; meet client representatives to ensure security requirements.
• May perform duties of Security Officer as needed.
