Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a 2nd Shift Security Shift Supervisor for the Maryland site. The role acts as the primary contact for security activity, oversees staff, conducts audits, coordinates security efforts, and provides customer support.

2nd shift Monday–Friday 14:00–22:00; must have a valid driver’s license and strong computer skills. Responsibilities include supervising officers, coaching and disciplining, training staff, submitting payroll, ensuring post coverage, and reporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of security experience; retail experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct performance discussions and document actions.
• Train Officers and review assignments and post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions to the company.
• Coordinate coverage for all posts and ensure timely reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and service quality.
