Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for second shift, Monday through Friday. The role supervises Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.

The position requires 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with additional retail experience preferred. Strong coaching, training, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel; ensures post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers; reviews post orders with subordinates.
• Assists in submission of payroll and personnel information.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares and submits reports; inspects posts and outlines tasks.
