Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff across client facilities, coordinate patrols, inspections, and post coverage, and act as the primary point of contact for security activity.

You will supervise officers, coach and discipline when needed, assist with payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are preferred; weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security or related experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of security operations and post orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage across client site(s).
• Prepare and file reports; assist in payroll submissions.
• Provide quality customer service to client representatives.
