Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in basic nursing principles and procedures.
• Competent assessment, planning, intervention, coordination and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and develop care plans.
• Communicate accurately at handoffs and with the health care team.
• Document nursing care in real time and in accordance with policy.
• Delegate tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Float to other units per staffing needs.
