Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, and coworkers at handoffs and as needed.
• Demonstrate competent assessment, planning, intervention, coordination, and evaluation of patient plans.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of nursing care.
• Lead a healthy work environment and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
