Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Connecticut.
• May be non-RN clinician with RN on-call.
• Must be computer literate and able to work in multiple systems.
• Homecare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekend and holiday services for Home Care patients.
• Process new referrals from all sources.
• Ensure compliance with Middlesex Hospital objectives and policies.
