Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in California.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in SNF or post-acute rehab setting.
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate weekend nursing staff (LVNs, CNAs).
• Resident Care Management: Oversee admissions, discharges, and clinical assessments; respond to emergencies.
• Compliance & Quality: Monitor treatments, medications, and documentation for regulatory adherence.
• Collaboration: Communicate with families, physicians, and staff during weekend shifts.
