Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team over weekend shifts in Sunnyvale, CA. You will supervise weekend staff, provide hands-on guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standard of resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA RN license, has SNF/post-acute experience, and has prior supervisory experience with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years SNF or post-acute rehab nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate weekend nursing staff (LVNs, CNAs).
• Resident Care Management: Oversee admissions, discharges, and clinical assessments; respond to emergencies.
• Compliance & Quality: Monitor treatments, medications, and documentation for regulatory adherence.
• Collaboration: Serve as primary contact for families, physicians, and staff during weekends.
