Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead the clinical team on Saturdays and Sundays in Sunnyvale, CA. The role offers hands-on leadership, oversight of admissions, assessments and coordination with physicians and families to maintain high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active California RN license, at least 2 years SNF/post-acute experience, prior supervisory background, and full availability on weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Minimum 2 years SNF or post-acute rehab nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in nursing.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing staff (LVNs, CNAs) and coordinate operations.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and clinical assessments; respond to changes in condition.
• Monitor treatments, medications, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for families, physicians, and staff during weekends.
