Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team during Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will provide hands-on guidance, support floor staff, and ensure top-quality resident care in a post-acute setting.

This role requires an active RN license in California, at least 2 years in SNF or post-acute rehab, and prior supervisory experience. Availability on weekends is essential.

Responsibilities
