Job summary

Rehabcentre in Overland Park is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in a long-term care setting. You will ensure quality care in line with federal, state, and local standards and supervise a care team.

The role requires a BSN, RN license, 2+ years in long-term care and supervisory experience; PCC EHR experience preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.
• 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge or experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; address discipline as needed.
• Perform rounds, reports, and care assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate admissions and transfers.
• Maintain QA activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
