Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. in Overland Park is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff during weekend tours. You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, and coordinate resident care.

The role requires a BSN, 2+ years in long-term care, and supervisory experience, with CPR and PCC experience preferred. Compensation ranges $43-$45 per hour, with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and participate in resident care.
Supervise LVN/LPN nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care.
Make rounds and provide reports.
Respond to and monitor care issues and changes in condition.
Assist physicians and other health professionals during visits and examinations.
Communicate with physicians and other health professionals regarding resident care and changes in condition.
