Job summary

Regalcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position, working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every weekend in a short- and long-term care facility. You will provide day-time clinical supervision, lead nursing staff, and act as the primary clinical resource for assessments and decisions.

Active RN license in good standing is required; prior supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to weekend coverage are essential to support resident care and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to commit to every weekend.
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the day shift.
• Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations.
