Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care and efficient coordination. The role emphasizes reliable attendance and professional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, manage medications and care plans, document accurately, and participate in shift reports. Texas RN licensure and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas-licensed RN (RN TX license)
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate tasks based on census and staff availability
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders
• Implement and monitor care plans according to policy and physician orders
• Provide direct patient care support and act as staff nurse as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete assessments
• Lead shift communications and ensure care needs are conveyed
• Ensure infection control and safe work practices
• Coordinate staffing coverage during shortages
• Investigate incidents and communicate with families
• Monitor lab orders, results and physician follow-up
