Creative Solutions in Healthcare - East is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires a TX RN license, dependable leadership, and the ability to coordinate staff, medications, and care plans.

As Weekend RN Supervisor, you will supervise nursing staff, oversee medication management, implement care plans, document accurately, and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas RN license.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Strong clinical skills with emphasis on documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate tasks during weekend shifts.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Implement and monitor care plans in accordance with policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, transcriptions, and assessments.
• Lead shift communications and ensure timely handoffs to oncoming staff.
• Enforce infection control procedures and safe work practices.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for weekend shortages.
• Investigate incidents and communicate with families when required.
