Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend resident care operations and ensure high-quality nursing services. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate with physicians, and monitor care standards on weekend rotations.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience with one year in supervision, and strong organizational skills for cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by the state is required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience and one year in a supervisory role.
• Clerical ability to read reports and utilize data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate nurses to maintain resident care standards.
• Receive physician orders and ensure proper transmission to units as needed.
• Oversee delegation of nursing and therapeutic procedures.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess residents’ conditions and document observations.
