Qualifications

- Clerical ability to read reports and utilize data accurately.
- Ability to plan and direct the department, coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee resident care operations on the weekend rotation to maintain standards.
- Receive physicians' instructions and transmit orders to units as needed.
- Oversee delegation of nursing and therapeutic procedures to staff.
- Perform regular rounds to assess residents' conditions and document care.
