Job summary

Casa Real in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the clinical operations of nursing units during the weekend shifts. You will support the Director of Nursing, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance and promote safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires at least 1 year in Long Term Care or similar and experience supervising a team of 10+. BSN preferred and current RN licensure are required. Competitive benefits and compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe, 24/7 care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and advise on promotions/transfers/terminations
