Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Lead LPN Nursing Supervisor for Casa Real in Santa Fe, NM. The role requires at least 1 year in long-term care and 1 year supervising a team of 10+. You will support efficient nursing care, ensure policy compliance, and act as a liaison between units and the DON.

Responsibilities include maintaining 24/7 nursing coverage, participating in interviews, and promoting quality improvement within the Nursing Department. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or a similar setting.
• Must have at least 1 year supervising a team of 10+.
• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing or have pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads the clinical operations and care delivery model on nursing units.
• Ensures adequate nursing coverage 24/7.
• Interviews and assesses nursing staff performance.
• Identifies staff education needs and coordinates with Nurse Practice Educator.
• Supports quality improvement processes within the nursing department.
