Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead a diverse weekend team at Casa Real in Santa Fe, NM. The role requires at least 1 year of long-term care experience and at least 1 year supervising a team of 10 or more, ensuring high-quality nursing care and staff coordination.

The position involves directing clinical operations, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with the DON and Unit Managers to maintain adequate staffing and quality improvements

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical nursing (LPN).
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification where required.

Responsibilities

Leads the LPN Nursing Supervisor role during a designated weekend shift.
Ensures delivery of efficient and effective nursing care with positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Directs clinical operations and care delivery model across nursing units.
Acts as liaison between units and DON/Assistant DON and Unit Managers.
Collaborates to maintain adequate nursing coverage 24/7 and participates in staff interviews.
