Job summary
Casa Real is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Night shift, supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. You will oversee nursing operations, coordinate staffing, and uphold care standards across units.
The role requires an RN with current licensure, 3+ years of clinical experience (2+ in long-term care), and BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; two years in long-term care nursing with one year in a supervisory capacity
- BSN preferred; must maintain BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
- Report to the Director of Nursing and participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentorship, promotions, and transfers.
