You will oversee daily operations, implement care plans, and drive initiatives to enhance resident well-being while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing for state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• At least 1 year in nursing administration or management.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt as needed.
• Completion or willingness to complete Preceptor Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and quality resident care.
• Support staff development and ongoing training for care excellence.
• Direct hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Conduct and document resident assessments on admission and during stay.
• Assist in treatment planning and ensure compliance with rights and policies.
• Recruit and retain qualified nursing professionals.
• Address resident and family concerns professionally and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement through new ideas and process enhancements.
