Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Direct patient care and treatment planning with adherence to care standards.
• Coordinate staffing needs and assist in hiring and staff development.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address resident and family concerns and uphold resident rights.
• Mentor nursing staff and participate in staff development/training.
• Drive quality improvement and implement innovative care processes.
