Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems in North Carolina is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts to lead nursing teams and ensure safe, compassionate resident care. You will supervise delivery of medications and treatments, complete admissions assessments, monitor residents, document clearly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Strong communication and infection control are required. Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred but

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
