Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & Ensure Documentation Compliance – Maintain accurate resident records and comply with regulations.
• Resolve Resident & Family Concerns – Address grievances and uphold resident rights.
• Assist in Staff Development – Mentor staff and participate in training.
• Drive Innovation & Quality Improvement – Implement new ideas to improve outcomes.
