Job summary
Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a weekend leadership role in Pennsylvania. The position focuses on clinical leadership during weekend shifts, providing oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality care and guiding the nursing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment, communication and leadership skills, and experience in long-term care or supervisory settings.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience in long-term care or supervisory roles preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate weekend staffing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality resident care.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote compliance with facility policies and Pennsylvania regulations.
- Assist with staff coordination and address clinical concerns.
- Serve as a strong clinical resource and leader for the nursing team.
