Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a weekend leadership role in Pennsylvania. The position focuses on clinical leadership during weekend shifts, providing oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality care and guiding the nursing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment, communication and leadership skills, and experience in long-term care or supervisory settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate weekend staffing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately.

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for a weekend supervisory position in Pennsylvania.

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting and guiding the nursing team. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable Pennsylvania regulations.
