Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor to join its nursing team and oversee weekend operations under the Director of Nursing. The role emphasizes supervising care plans, rounds, and direct resident care when needed to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and active RN license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication in English; additional languages helpful.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care planning and delivery on weekend shifts.
• Oversee rounds and assess residents; adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide direct resident care when required, including ADLs and medication administration.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with policies.
