Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and daily activities during weekend shifts. Under the Director of Nursing, you will ensure care plans are followed and high standards of quality are met.

The role requires a current Florida RN license, BSN preferred, IV and CPR/BLS certification, and excellent English communication. One will join a supportive team with opportunities for growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred for leadership role.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents on admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including ADLs, meals, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
