Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team. This role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day-to-day activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will lead clinical rounds, assess residents, and support direct resident care when needed, including medications and activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
