Aston Group seeks an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor in Lakeland, Florida. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day activities during weekend shifts to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising care plans, conducting rounds, and providing direct resident care as needed. Requires active Florida RN license, BSN preferred, IV, and CPR/BLS certification, with strong regulatory knowledge.

Competenze

• BSN preferred for this role.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.
• English reading/writing/speaking; other languages helpful.

Mansioni

• Supervise care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care.
• Assess residents on admission and as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including ADLs and medication administration.
